If your looking for a way to make some money on the computer witch i have dreamed about
for years i first did the affiliate way adverts on websites just look at my website to see what i spent hours working on i have payed for ad sites to advertise my website been linked to lots of website for link ratings and i have a page rank of 2 now and my website is ok but i have not earned a penny from affiliate then my brother told me about ebay he is selling collectables that he buys from boot sales and auctions. he makes a tidy penny i tryed that but i had no joy with that so i try console games and im making a little profit. I a going to say im rich from it because i a but if you get the hang of it you could do it full time and make a wage from it there are lots of powersellers out there doing it. the trick to it is buy low as low as you can and sell on ebay not very high because no one will buy if its more than retail. My guess is about 1/2 or 3/4 below retail and your postage of the goods to be reasonable. no one likes to be ripped off.

From time to time at this very early age in life we come across behaviour
problems which are difficult to handle.
when this type of situation occurs you need to have a plan of action to deal
with it.
for the first step in this situation everyone needs to recognise and describe the childs behaviour and what sort of things they do.
once this has been recognised observations need to be carried out to look more closely at the situation to understand when they are showing these behaviours.

The code we give to this behaviour is A.B.C.
A- antecedent
B- what triggers the bahaviour
C- consequencies

Help needs putting into place for this behaviour and ideas need to be developed.
Staff within the provisions needs to change the A the B or the C to achive a different pattern to suit the child with boundaries.
Usually this means that the childs gerneral development is at a stage much younger than actual age.

if activities are made simpler the concentration and skills do gradually build up.
In all this rules and regulations are adhered to
Such as NO BITING
NO KICKING
and these are given clearly, patiently and repeatively.
The child involved begins to play more and other children join in the group
so that they learn to play alongside others.
Staff then need to plan how to handle these incidents of disruptive behaviour.
The best way of dealing with the situation is to give very clear "NO" and from the situation and show them something positive instead.

SUMMARY

Staff concentrate on a couple of the behaviours that cause the most concern.
Simple clear rules are set to change the behaviour they want to change and handle it consistently when it does happen.
Activities are made more fun so the concentration play and behaviour is better.

co-ordinater
these are responsible for monitoring and implementing the code of practice within the setting.
the SENCO`s should be trained in identifying and managing special needs. childs difficulties are set out a two stage model of action and intervention which are early years action and early years action plus EARLY YEARS ACTION SENCO`S should liase with parents and plan and implement an I.E.P. childrenshould be encouraged to share recording and monitoring of their progress.
I.E.P plan should focus on a maximum of 3 or 4 targets and record strategies that are additional to or different from normal differentialed curiculum. S.E.N.C.O.`S need to make parents aware of the local education authorities parents partnership service, this is so all information can be
collected together so as it can be leased with outside agencies such as social services and
educaional psychologists to decide on the action which needs to be taken.
EARLY YEARS ACTION PLUS this point is where outside agencies need to be involved for support and advice on new I.E.P.`s providing specialist assessment.
S.E.N.C.O. `s need to still keep parents completely involved and informed about thier childs
programme of work and all relevent records and information is kept up to date and available for external specialists to use. every settings situation is unique but the code offers useful ideas of types of provisions and teaching strategies which should be censidered.
